If I haven’t seen you in a while, I have some bittersweet but exciting news to share!

I am now licensed in Florida and plan to move to Miami in September, mainly to maximize on the tax benefits of FL residency and ideally come to nyc during warmer months!

 

With that in mind, I need your help please!

I prefer to live in an FL zip code that allows for a similar commute radius that Queens provides with access to Manhattan, Hamptons and Connecticut.
